Properties:
LigEPT yellow powder/granule, with a tiny bitter, no poison. The density is 1.70. Decomposable temperature is three hundred ordmC.
Soluble in chloroform, acetone, partly soluble in benzene, ethanol, CCI4. Insoluble in gasoline, h2o and ethyl acetate. Decomposion when meeting powerful acid and powerful alkali.
Application:
Employed for NR, IR, SBR, NBR, EPDM and latex. As a secondary accelerator in mixture with PZ and EZ. Similar functionality as EPT at curing temperature in dry rubber software.
Has reduced scorch and far better processing security. Suited for mold curing. Require zinc oXiHu (West Lake) Dis.de and stearic acid as activators in many kinds of rubber batch.
Easily disperses in rubber, produce non-sXiHu (West Lake) Dis.Hu (West Lake) Dis. and non-discoloring goods. Mainly employed in the manufacture of laEPT merchandise, foam rubber, laEPT coating gloves, etc.
